This company was so unprofessional and disorganized. When I rented with them I reached out to them probably 20X to tell them my electric bill was over 1000$. It turned out there was a faulty appliance sucking up all the power. It took them 3+ months to fix the problem = over 3k in bills for a tiny house. I had to call basically everyday for the time to make sure they were doing something to rectify this issue.
