Rocklin Dental is the most irresponsible, unprofessional, disrespectful practice I have ever witnessed. The office staff is extremely rude, their competency level as far as billing is concerned is ridiculous. They are not accountable for their own mistakes and treat their patients as if they are lower class. Doctors at this facility are very kind and work well with adults and youth. I have a great dental hygienist who answers my questions confidently
The people working at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The dentist is nice too. I think some of their dental assistants are trainees because they don't all seem to know what they are doing.
Dr. Sanders is the best dentist ever. He did a great job with my daughter. She doesn't like going to the dentist much and when her dentist recommended her to Dr. Sanders for orthodontic consultation I was worried about her reaction. But she immediately took to Dr. Sanders and everything went well at About Face Dental Care.
We have been going to Rocklin Dental for many years. Drs Wilson (father and son) are a great pair, and the dental hygienists are also very energetic and kind.
I had been wanting straighter teeth for years but didn’t want to go the route of clunky metal braces. I had heard great things about Invisalign, so I went for it. And boy, am I glad I did, because my teeth are a world away from where they were a year ago. Dr. Sanders at About Face really made sure he knew what I wanted my teeth to look like and took that into account as far as my treatment plan. Booking follow-up appointments was easy, and Dr. Sanders explained every detail of the process along the way.
