I called About-Face Computer after experiencing negative results, lack of response to emails and phone calls and costs way above my budget. SURPRISE!!!! A real person answered the phone and gave me a quote for the service I wanted and well within my budget. The live person ordered the memory for me and a few days later came to my humble abode and insyalled it.
