Renee is nice, but as for electrolysis, she’s just using a consumer “do it yourself” kit (not the professional medical tool that requires training). She’ll make your face red and inflamed, but nothing will happen. Went there for months with no effect, switched to someone else and saw noticeable results after every session, and not nearly as much redness.

Renee is a very nice person. As for services I went there weekly for about 2 months. I was new to electrolysis so I didn’t know what to expect. My sessions were quick and I felt like it was plucking most of the time. After 2 months, my chin hair looked the same. I then went to someone else, and they told me it seemed like plucking was done more than anything. I started electrolysis treatments in Atlanta June 2018 with great results before I moved to Honolulu December 2018 for 5 months. Unfortunately, Honolulu has limited options for electrolysis. I had treatments done with Renee for 5 months. I moved back to Atlanta May 2019 and my primary electrologist in Atlanta told me the hair was tweezed and not properly treated.
