I debated leaving a review, but think it's time. After moving out 8 months ago I just recieved a call from the intercom system for someone looking to enter the building. Apparently they haven't gotten around to erasing my phone number associated with my old apartment from the system. That's a potential safety issue for a supposedly secure building.. I have lived here for 3 years, and while the place is affordable, I would advise those seeking an economic value for an apartment unit to try out Waldorf. For very little more of a monthly rent payment, the quality and maintenance is much better. I have had black mold growing out of my bedroom closet for months due to faulty shower plumbing on the other side of the bedroom closet. And when the pipes were fixed after they finally broke, they did a rush job replacing the knobs and left a big mess in my apartment, and did not d... read more
