I have lived here for 3 years, and while the place is affordable, I would advise those seeking an economic value for an apartment unit to try out Waldorf. For very little more of a monthly rent payment, the quality and maintenance is much better. I have had black mold growing out of my bedroom closet for months due to faulty shower plumbing on the other side of the bedroom closet.
