My Dad applied. They showed him a unit and said it was his . They said they would call him the next day . No call . 2 weeks My sister called They told her yes the unit is his and he will have move in date before the week is up no call and no call back. 2 more weeks later I went there they gave me the same song and dance. The management looks down a lot tenants rude write u up without proof I was accused of getting up in management face and screaming and cussing I never did that a lot of hang out with can say I'm not like that because when something is wrong I let them know and they know I'm right the owner doesn't talk to the tenets to see how things r going most likely cause a lot of issues here and they don't care 1 manager doesn't understand a lot when talking to them unless it's in Bosnian they took safety stuff us they don't fix things ... read more

This is one of the stinkiest and dirtiest places in St. Louis. I swear this place smells like death and disease, and there's extremely gross stains all over the hallway carpets. Those stains could be from vomit that's infested with various species of bacteria and viruses. This place is almost frightening and is the place of nightmares.

This place smells horrible is dirty and has been infested with bed bugs for 3 years and still is!!
