This is one of the stinkiest and dirtiest places in St. Louis. I swear this place smells like death and disease, and there's extremely gross stains all over the hallway carpets. Those stains could be from vomit that's infested with various species of bacteria and viruses. This place is almost frightening and is the place of nightmares.
This place smells horrible is dirty and has been infested with bed bugs for 3 years and still is!!
Great property Great management new owners really good area. The new owners are making a lot of changes and also rehabbing the new units .
It's very peaceful to live at 💓
