I was having trouble with my furnace and they were at my house in under two hours with no premium charge - even on a Sunday! Ryan was exceptional. Professional and courteous and explained everything that he needed to check and the recommendations that he had. I will definitely use them again if needed (which I hope I don’t!)
The management at Gold medal are supportive , always available to their clients , and staff. It’s a wonderful company.
The staff and caregivers are all caring and great people!
