Dr Hala and Dr Ruben are amazing professionals and persons also, i’m so glad to have them in my circle of healthcare for my daughter, i love they listen to me and they don’t let me go without a answer, guidance and treatment every time my 2 year old daughter gets sick, also when i need them after business hours, I live a voice message and the Dr Hala calls me as soon as possible and helps me up. The front desk staff do their best to help me when i need a urgent appointment with the Dr.
Best doctor for my baby girl and my other 2 kids see ms Jessica Kral!!! I live to bring them for there checkups but lately the staff in the lobby is a different story! Every time I call apparently they’re busy assisting other customers and I’m on the call for a total of 10 mins for an automated voice to tell me to call back another time and hang up on me!!!! I have 4 kids and taking my kids with Dr Hala that is truly amazing since 10 years now also the nurses inside as well they are amazing. But lately the front desk are horrible, so unprofessional and rude. They are lack of ethic. I have been trying to make appointment for 4 days now and the voicemail is full also they never return a message if lucky is no full, no even when is for a really sick kid with weird symptoms.
