The Abbott Hospital system is extremely broken. 4 hours of waiting for a hospital room after surgery due to not having enough nurses scheduled. This is absolutely absurd. No answers, calls transferred, nobody knows what is going on other than not enough nurses. Call the patients health and safety phone number. Leave a message and someone will call you back in 24 hours. The system is broken, healthcare in Minnesota is broken. Yet we pay through the teeth for services and get nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
I was sick for 2 months and visited this hospital twice. It is the fast food version of medicine. They did not do anything except make my bank account shrink. It wasn't until I went to a different hospital that I received the right testing and treatment to get me better.
I cannot believe this place has one star! This is by FAR the best hospital I’ve ever been too. For my daughter and I. They always get us in as quickly as they can & always give us the answers/treatment we need. Amazing staff all around. They really care here & they deserve all the blessings. Truly grateful for this hospital!
Worst emergency response, stay away if possible share this message for aware. DONT EVEN CONSIDER FOR 2nd OPTION. Worst service.
