I highly recommend reconsidering your choice if you are thinking of Aborn to manage your property. I can't give them less than 1 star otherwise I would have! They used to be good until a couple years ago. Every few months I would receive an email that someone left the company. Since then my experience with them has been terrible. I worked with Michelle and Amanda. They do not return the call or reply to email unless I call/email multiple times. Avoid as a renter, avoid as a property owner. This company does not stand up for its tenants and throws the property owner under the bus when it suits them. Take a look at reviews from the last 4 years if you need more. Not sure about the quality of the branch in Cameron Park, but you do not want to be involved with this one.

I actually had a decent experience living in the unit, requesting service, the rental process was easy until it came time to move out. I had a creepy guy who kept coming to my door asking for another person, it freaked me out so I put in my notice to vacate. Tracy Valdez is extremely difficult and denies everything she says over the phone. I asked her for a move out inspection and she told me "she wasn't planning on coming to Sacramento" She's an unethical real estate agent and terrible professional. Recently they became our property management and I am furious with these people. Not only have they thought we haven't paid rent on multiple occasions, (KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS WITH THESE PEOPLE.) But they also tried to raise my rent without letting me know then when I caught them they brought my rent back to it's original price. This isn't ok, they chose to become our property management when we are so far from them and they know people in oak park most likely don't have a way to get that far.
