Incredibly frustrating situation. Just because they have large contracts and have been around for a long time, they don't want to do their job. I paid to get my land marked, and they literally followed my existing fence line as the markers and used numbers from the original plot based on their own discretion. Since there were no markers on one side of my backyard, they lazily placed a marker that just aligned with a temporary fence I put up to keep my dog in, instead of actually surveying the boundary I complained about it, ... read more
