Showed up to my appt. Called the office multiple times, doors locked, drove in rush hour for this appointment and it seemed no one was there. Guess I was forgotten about.
Absolutely not helpful waiting for hour and hours. Staff have no compassion. Fails to get prescription to pharmacy on timely matter. Reports take forever to get to doctors offices.
