This real estate sends out emails to tenants which sound like threats they need to get a professional person to look at it. Everything if u don’t do this u will be evicted if u reschedule inspections u will be charged. Am so glad am not renting from them anymore.
Abode has been an amazing agency to work with during our rental period here in Darwin. They are super friendly and professional with all things and are understanding that where you live is not just a house but a home. By far the best real estate we have worked with and I wish we could rent through them everywhere we live, I wish I could give them 6/5 stars
Daniel from Abode is hands down the most professional and conscientious property manager I have come across. I would 100% recommend Abode for anyone looking to lease or rent a property in the NT.
Terrible management and customer interaction. Karinda Gill and Tayla Birch are terrible to deal with. They will threaten you and will be dishonest. Their practices are unethical. Best to use a bigger real estate agency in Darwin rather than this dodgy outfit.
