I have just so happy with Abode Property Management. They are such hard working, friendly group who go out of their way to be helpful. Honesty and fairness are important qualities I want in Property Management, and Karinda and the team deliver this in droves. Can't thank them enough.
In my opinion DO NOT USE ABODE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! I felt that they were unethical in my dealings with them. They have special clauses in their management contract on page 10 that make you pay the management fees for 2 years. They managed my property for 3 weeks and they held my rent and keys till I went to NTCAT. I tried to resolve this issue with Karinda. But she did not resolve it. Abode Property Management are amazing all round As a long time renter they are the best realestate i have ever rented with The team are fantastic and friendly always happy to help Highly recommend these guys for renters and landlords too
