We had the most wonderful broker experience with Randell. My partner and I had spoken with,and gone through the rigmarole, with 2 previous brokers, with much frustration... All issues were sorted by Randell. He was extremely conscientious and worked hard to maximise our borrowing capacity with a great rate. My experience with this company has been disappointing. I booked an appointment a few days ago, but I didn't receive any information about the meeting point. I sent them an email with no reply, and I tried calling three times, but the person I was supposed to meet was always busy. This makes me question their availability and reliability. Not a great first impression
