Arnold and his team did a great job trimming and thinning 5 redwood trees that had not been trimmed or thinned for a very long time. The four man team worked efficiently and wasted no time. Definitely would recommend them for tree work and will use them in the future.

Terrible experience overall. The estimate process was misleading, and the final cost was much higher than expected. The crew damaged my sprinkler system and didn’t say a word about it. I only found out later when water started leaking underground. Attempts to get compensation were ignored. Between the property damage, poor workmanship, and lack of communication, this was a complete waste of money.

This tree service was a huge letdown. From the first call, communication was poor and confusing. They gave vague answers about timing and pricing. On the day of service, the crew showed up late and immediately seemed annoyed when I asked questions. They rushed through the job, left several large branches hanging, and didn’t fully remove the tree as agreed. Cleanup was sloppy, and my yard was left in worse condition than before. I would not use this company again.

This company does not respect customers or their property. They parked heavy equipment across my driveway without permission and blocked access for hours. The crew was loud, unprofessional, and left trash behind. They failed to grind the stump properly, leaving sharp roots exposed. When I complained, the office staff acted defensive instead of helpful. Very disappointing service.

I strongly regret hiring this tree service. The workers showed little knowledge about proper tree care and trimming techniques. They cut too much from one side, leaving my tree unbalanced and unhealthy-looking. Within weeks, parts of the tree started dying. When I contacted them, they denied responsibility and said it was “normal.” This company clearly lacks expertise and accountability.
