I had the most pleasant experience while donating plasma today. From the very first lady to the person caring for my procedure. But I especially wanted to thank CARSON!!!!! I was treated with patience, understanding, and kindness. It makes a huge difference when it is a positive experience. The open communication and answering of my questions were always met with a pleasant smile. Thank you CARSON!!!!

I usually donate in orem but was down in riverton and didn’t wanna drive in rush hour up to orem. I called an hour before i was going to come in and donate to make sure i COULD donate at this location and have them transfer over my files. The lady who answered the phone looked up my account and told me i could come in and donate. Fast forward around 45 mins i show up and they tell me my address is out of the 35 mile radius which they very well could have found out when I called instead of telling me I could and then denying ... read more

Came to my first donor appointment on time and was told to come back at 12pm because they were short staffed and also told me I’d have to eat again because it would be past the 2 hours. I spent money to eat something and then I came back and they told me they could not help me now. Made me waste my time and money. It is very disrespectful. No one seems to want to work there. I came to my appointment on time and it’s ridiculous that they can’t help me, I was NOT a walk in. Worst experience in a plasma center.

I would come to donate but all the discrepancy around the pay makes me think its not good at all and better to just stick with the other groups who are more transparent. Your literally the only place that doesnt put the new donor bonus up "if you even have one" which just makes it so I honestly dont want to come to this particular plasma place.
