Solo he donado en este Centro. Solo he tenido una mala experiencia con el filtro que se tapó y tuve una breve reacción en la visión. Me enteré, investigando, que se debió a una hipocalcemia por efecto del citrato en la sangre. Los chicos lo manejaron bien. Fue sólo un caso puntual. No se ha repetido hasta la fecha.En cuanto al personal que atiende, son excelentes, amables y muy educados.
It's ok, gotten a little better, they have these new filters for the plasma process. I don't like 5hem because they keep getting clogged extending the donation time length, which can take quite some time. For example, it took longer to put my blood back into my body, which is not good. Also one of the girls named Summer is not a pleasant person. I go in as I always do, it's the morning, a new day, just plane good vibes. And Summer killed that in one fail swoop. She wouldn't even look at me when I was speaking and was just pl... read more
Fast, friendly staff. The one down side is the hours of operation. I had switched to another center for better hours and it was the worst experience it took over 2 hours each visit so I came back to ABO

Tape came off and needle slipped. They could have but refused to return my blood to me. I'm now permanently deferred due to their theft of my blood. Asked corporate for their privacy policy but they refused to give it to me. They will give away your social security number without your permission
