Hello,I have been coming to ABO plasma for 10 years. The staff Is terrific? Everyone is there to help you in every way they're very patient. Management and supervisors are very very helpful in all that they do, They always make sure that you're comfortable when you come in here and helpful when it's time for you to exit the machine and get out. This is a sick and disgusting business. My blood is worth more than $100 dollars let alone the bs rule about how much you weigh and depending on the new month and level. This practice is exploiting the poor and indigent humans of the United States. Because let's face it maybe 2 out of 10 patients donate to save someone's life but the other 8 donate to save someone's life and gain the financial benefits so $35 dollars is never enough. The staff is very accommodating and friendly to all.The place is always clean. Excellent service. Keep up the good work.
Very professional and caring staff and managers. Frank (manager) is SUPER nice and takes his time to address every concern of the donors AND his staff. Everyone loves him. He's the reason I keep going to this location over the glassboro location. He makes the entire experience pleasant and I can see why his staff love him.
