The doctor is great but the desk/scheduling staff is absolutely awful to work with. Zero flexibility for people who actually have jobs or other life responsibilities to work around. Rude and impatient.

The doctor seems very good, but he is WAY OVER EXTENDED. My appointments scheduled weeks in advance were canceled at the time of the appointment, supposedly because the doctor had an emergency. The OFFICE STAFF is discourteous and unprofessional. I am still trying to pay off medical costs that BCBS deemed medically unnecessary and the office staff when contacted refuses to assist with providing necessary documentation.
