These people are completely unresponsive. I have a water leak in my garage caused by a problem with the unit above me. 2 weeks in and not repaired. On Friday they said we approved, now it's up to the contractor when they will come. WRONG!! I'm the customer and they need to take responsibility for driving the people they select to do repairs
