Bait and Switch. Lakeline store has less than ethical sales people.
Awful communication and customer service. Very slow to respond. In accurate custom work.
Don't waste your time! Customer service is terrible, Mike the owner is very unprofessional at best. As a contractor in Austin,TX for 20 yrs I have never been so disappointed.
I initially contacted ABM Cabinets back in October 2017 to get a quote for a kitchen and bath remodel. Lora took my call and immediately got to work on a design after I sent her some dimensions. We communicated several times via email and phone, and she sent me several different 3D renderings/designs to get my feedback. She and Casey ended up not only doing the cabinets and countertops for our master bathroom and kitchen. They also designed a desk area in the kitchen.
