I typically have good experiences at ABM. However, my last (and final) visit I tried to save money on an ignition coil replacement on four coils for my Nissan Altima by choosing ABM over another repair shop in Albany Park. This is a decision I now regret tremendously! Not only did I not save money, I ended up paying more since ABM didn't complete all the necessary repairs for the coil replacement and the wiring needed. Wonderful experience. I loved that Adeel explained everything to me and did not make me feel like just a dumb woman that knows nothing about cars. I will definitely be back but hopefully not too soon.
I am so sad that ABM left Andersonville many years ago. I now drive much further just to make sure that I bring my car to the best and most honest shop in the City. The owner, Adeel, has saved me tons of money. After he moved I sometimes take my car into a closer mechanic only to end up having to bring it to Adeel to get it fixed right. I really can't say enough good things about ABM. Highly recommended.
