Horrible experience. Placed my order 5 days in advance for Mother’s Day to come in and for them not to have my order. The woman helping me pulled a $65 arrangement out of the case and told me it was the same one to which I had to explain to her that mine was supposed to be the premium arrangement and that I had left specific requests on the colors and card.
