When I arrived at Able2Change, I was a shell of myself and wasn't sure if I would ever be happy again. I received world-class care for my major depressive disorder and truly believe Able2Change provides the best treatments for depression anywhere in Orange County. They treat their patients like family, not just a number, which is what I needed. Today, I am working, happy, and understand what it means to live; I didn't know I could ever achieve that.
Selecting appropriate mental health care in Orange County may seem challenging, but there was no difficulty during the application process itself. The team responsible for treating my bipolar condition were very knowledgeable and caring. The setting in San Juan Capistrano offered an environment conducive to being able to concentrate fully on my recovery instead of worrying about any distractions from the outside world.
For many years, I looked for good depression treatment in Orange County and was frustrated by therapists who couldn't relate to me. The staff at Able2Change was just different than these previous experiences because they were not only addressing my symptoms but who I really am as a person. Their dual-diagnosis program allowed me to learn about my anxiety, which contributed to several other issues. I now have a full and productive life again!
