Came out in a timely manner. The tech did not quit until the issue was resolved even though it was already midnight. Great service overall.
Called able text. Teck showed up.in an hour. Unclogged in 10 min. Simple fix. Keep snaking after for no reason. Guess had to justify the $400 charge. Aways used them in the past. But no more.
I have nothing but praise for Able Tex and one of their pros - Robert. I had a serious matter, and I was able to schedule them to arrive next day with no problem. Mike was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They got here over a holiday weekend within 35 minutes - diagnosed, fixed the problem and didn’t leave any mess at all. Easy, efficient, didn’t charge a crazy price.
