I've been renting with this storage location when they were still Abel Mini Storage since 2019 and never had any issues. But since Uhaul took over this location, I cannot access my unit without having to call someone to open the gate or wait for someone to come meet me to open the gate. Every time I call to report the issue, I'm always told to "come in and grab a new key card or pin number". I even had a staff meet up with me, brought a key new card to swipe and the gate still didn't open. Been battling this access issue at ... read more
