Jon Wills, owner, and his office manager, Haley, were easily reachable and quickly provided answers to our questions during all phases of the work. I met Jon last year when he was replacing roofs for two of my neighbors. He struck me as very conscientious, responsive, and details-oriented. He also has a special workmanship certification from GAF, which is the main roofing materials company. I was pleased when his bid came in lowest of the three I obtained.
