Worst Company EVER – I had the worst experience with Able & Ready Appliance Repair. They are rude, unprofessional and basically do not have a clue. Customer service is nonexistent if you can even get them to answer the phone in under 30 min. What a waste of my time. The initial visit they assessed the problem. I am convinced they never intended to fix the problem because they told me to call Whirlpool and demand 2 new units. Able is not so Able and Ready – Wish I had read the reviews on this company before I picked them from the Kitchenaide repair list. First visit they looked. Second visit wrong part. Then nothing. Later found out they told Kitchenaide they had called me and told me to order the correct part - WRONG, NEVER HAPPENED. Unreliable – they do not arrive when they are supposed 1st appt was told that the window is from 8- 5 showed up somewhere in between . no paper work was left for parts that were going to be ordered. called after 2 weeks to see what was happening " oh tried calling yesterday couldnt leave a message. set up appt # 2 for saturday was told that someone from the office will call saturday morning to confirm time @ 1pm called the office the office was closed tech called after 2pm said "waiting for tow truck you will be my first sto... read more

Awful, Dishonest, Unreliable – This company can't be trusted. They lie about when their techs will show up, screw up repairs and wait months to fix their mistakes. They promise appointments, then call and say "Oh, our tech decided to do other jobs first." They say they have the parts for your repair - you wait a full day for the tech, and he doesn't show. (That's happened to me TWICE.) I would never buy another Kitchenaid appliance simply because Kitchenaid uses this company for repairs in our area.

Able & Ready – After reading all the reviews on this company I was a little skeptical of using them. I took a leap of faith and this company turned out to give excellent service. The technician Dave was fantastic. He knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge and right away he ordered the parts that were needed. He was back in a couple days with the parts that were needed and fixed my fridge with ease. Great technician, great company.

Don't Use Able & Ready If You Have A Choice! – Unfortunately, I was forced to use them because they're the only factory authorized repair in Westchester for Frigidaire. They misdiagnosed my a/c the 1st time out then wanted to charge me again for a service call. Gave me a hard time about fixing the compressor only after they came out when I involved Frigidaire. NOT READY NOT ABLE – This people are in business with out a consumer affair registration or anyTECHNICAL training, just Parts changers taking advantage of people nesecities. I'm an experience tech that anchored many operations and went out with the owner to replace an igniter and he did not know how to splice a wiring connection or what a puller was. with that said he wanted me to release information he is taying to get into HVAC with my credentials and he claims to be a christian yes RIGHT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! – It should be 0 stars for this company for worse experience ever, but I had to rate at least the 1 in order to publish the review. They were contracted to fix my refrigerator which took almost two months for them to do because they sent a technician who knew nothing about the fridge (after receiving details on the product model and problem) and didn't contact me about getting the part in.
