More than once now they have shown up at my home and done the agreed upon work (after discussing pricing) then later charged me nearly double. No warning, no discussion, just demanded above his quote. I assume he knows his job enough to price it properly, he just seems to enjoy racketeering. That or has no respect for his customer. Either way, DO NOT USE FOR LAWN CARE OR SNOW REMOVAL.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Able Property Services. I first contacted them when I was getting my house ready to sell. I had gotten a new job in a different state so I had to pack up, get the house ready to sell, and move out within about a month's time frame. The Calumet Art Center highly recommends Able Property Services . Craig and his crew are the best ! They are very friendly, always on time, responsible and very thorough. The Calumet Art Center is a non-profit 501 c3, we use Able Property Services for daily snow removal, lawn maintenance and repairs. Not only do we get great service, its affordable too!

Able Services recently cleaned my whole house, basement and garage. The crew were considerate, cheerful, meticulous and careful. It was a pleasant experience! Carpet and upholstery, wood floors, interior windows, baseboards, walls and ceilings, oven -- everything. They bring all equipment and products.
