I just returned from a 3 day backcountry camping trip to Lake O’hara, which had been a long time dream of mine, and hiked over 20km and 900m elevation total…with huge thanks to Mous!! I was coming off of a back strain and this trip was 3 weeks out, and I was worried if I was going to have to miss it. Excellent experience! I was struggling with really bad shoulder pain for a long time and after one session the improvement was miraculous! Only one follow up session and i was 100% pain free.
