I just returned from a 3 day backcountry camping trip to Lake O’hara, which had been a long time dream of mine, and hiked over 20km and 900m elevation total…with huge thanks to Mous!! I was coming off of a back strain and this trip was 3 weeks out, and I was worried if I was going to have to miss it. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Able Physiotherapy, especially with Moustafa. I called eight different physio clinics yesterday, desperately seeking a last-minute appointment, and Able Physiotherapy was the only one able to accommodate me. Moustafa texted me and squeezed us in the next day at 3 pm, and this was on New Year's Eve! After many years of recurring lower back pain I wanted to find a physiotherapist who will truly listen to my 'story' and assess my condition based on all the factors and give me all their attention and care. Moustafa truly cares! I was hesitant to try physiotherapy again after past experiences where no one took the time to get to the root of the issue. Moustafa was different. Excellent experience! I was struggling with really bad shoulder pain for a long time and after one session the improvement was miraculous! Only one follow up session and i was 100% pain free. I cant recommend him enough! UPDATE - my shoulder is perfect now! But i got a new injury! I broke my fibula 2 months ago and as soon as my cast was off I OF COURSE went to see THE BEST: Moustafa.
