Very unhappy with the service... or LACK of service. After the initial visit the part had to be order for the copier. I CALLED 6 TIMES before I received 1 call back 3 days later in response to Gary ordering the part. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday and I HAD TO CALL AGAIN 5 times for the next 3 days to find out what was going on. He didn't get the part until Tuesday.
