Upper management does not provide support and does not invest in their employees. The clinic itself and the staff and kiddos were great. It had so much potential, but upper management does not care about social validity and staff happiness, only making sure they have a full clinic despite the stress it places on the staff.
Able Kids has been astonishing in every aspect! My child’s growth socially, academically, mentally and so much more has grown beyond my expectations! My child runs throw the door every morning excited to be there! They have certainly help to elevate my child’s well-being, coping skills and so much more! I can’t thank them enough!
Able Kids is a wonderful company to work for. The amount of care, guidance, and support they offer the kids and families is amazing to witness. The staff members are so encouraging and joyful. The pay, benefits, PTO, and schedule make you feel truly valued.
