Paul is great to work with. He did an excellent job on our irrigation system.
We used Able irrigation in the past however after speaking with a very rude and disrespectful receptionist named Andrea we will no longer continue service. Unfortunately our previous account was handled by my mother who passed away very unexpectedly on 11/11. Andrea was quick to inform me my mother had a balance, which I insured would be handled immediately prior to any new service. She then informed me late fees will also be charged. I had an issue with a high water bill indicating a water leak. Paul Jr from Able with his team and isolated the issue, set up a test to confirm his idea for a solution and proceeded to other customers and then returne later to double check and call me to explain what he had done. I was totally impressed with the entire transaction.
