Excellent company Treated my mom with respect through her last days 100% Great Job!!!!!
My wife was in their care for exactly 2 ½ days and I fired these people. They misrepresented whether a palliative pain patch was covered. Apparently, there are funds that are available for them to use from Medicare for what I guess I’d call discretionary purposes for which we received about a dollars’ worth. Then I get a call from some kind of nurse (not a doctor) telling me how its now suddenly not really covered. I had to give them a ultimatum to cover it or you’re fired. Not impressed with their service and attitude! It's like pulling teeth to get them to follow through on things they said they would do for you. They do not want to communicate with the family at all and tell you if the patient is lucid it's up to them to lanswer questions. We're happy we switched to another agency.
I'm trying to find a agency for my father and I was very disappointed with their service. Never got a call back and when I called they spoke to me like I was taking up their time and seemed to just want to get me off the phone.
