I called in to ask about HHA training and the secretary picked up the phone while in the middle of arguing with someone and brought the attitude onto the phone as well. Very unprofessional and rude. Horrible customer service skills. I won't be trying to do any business with them. When I asked to speak to a supervisor "Nicola" said she wasn't there for the day. I didn't know that there could be no supervisor on the job for the day...
