The people there are very unprofessional they don’t care about any of the students that are trying to learn. The nurse ms Dorthy cook is very unprofessional as well she likes to pick with her students and talk to them any kind of way. Truly disgusting and I don’t recommend anyone coming here ever. Disappointing.
DO NOT COME HERE !!! This is the worst company ever their nurse / instructor is very rude…..MS.COOK well Dorothy is very rude and nasty.
I don't have to much experience with them, but what bothered me is that they don't return phone calls, and the person in charge very rarely answer the phone. Very disappointing. Thinking to change to another agency that cares for the well-being of the patients. The home attendant is excellent. No complains about her but the staff need to be more attentive to the customer needs.
Yo estuve ahi para preguntar sobre los cursos en español para homematender para mis hijas y me dieron la informacion mal me digeron que llamara en esta semana y ahora me entero que volvi llamar y me dicen que los cupos estan llenos siento q me descriminaron por ser hispano me engañaron pense que era una compañia seria y que querian ayudar.
I call the agency to get service for my mother and left a message. The coordinator called back she was very rough amd abrupt. Almost couldn't ask questions. It was determined they had no aid(spanish speaking aid) for my area. Would not recommend this agency to anyone. Very bad customer service!!!
