My husband's back surgery was more intensive than planned. Once I got him home, I realized that we had to have a lift chair. I called to inquire about rental and they delivered same day. They were a life saver for me. Very nice friendly people.

We were suprised by the variety of products they had on their show room. We picked out the lift chair she wanted, with the help of their staff. We wanted to register our great dissatisfaction with Able Durable Medical Equipment (located at 3562 Forest Lane, Dallas, Texas 75234. Tel: 214-350-2760) They are extremely unique in that they ACCEPT NO RETURNS, even when the product is unused and unopened. While they DO post a small notice of this behind the counter, it is not all that prominent either there or on receipts. We have bought equipment elsewhere and, in both medical equipment and in every other type of store, we have never seen such a blanket no-return policy. ... read more
With my recent move to Dallas, I thought I'd have difficulty finding a shop with all the accommodation items I needed. As a person with a disability, I an not able to travel all over Dallas looking for such a shop. The website is so good. It's informative and eye-catching. I've made several purchases at Able already.
