RecommendedFor starters they are extremely clean. I highly recommend spa pedi’s. I put in ear pods and rest my eyes while getting legs and feet massaged, mani’s with paraffin take away all of the hard cuticles. The facials gave me life and the massages allowed me to exhale. Oh and as for the hair part well for someone with textured hair its amazing. Hope this helped though. . I can’t choose one though so You have options.

I had a wonderful facial at Able Body last week. Ruth was wonderful. I loved the heated table, the spa music. I felt so relaxed, that I may have fallen asleep for a few minutes. Ruth doesn’t chat with you, just when necessary, so you can relax and the enjoy the wonderful experience, and it was wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. I already made my second facial appointment. Next time you would like to be pampered, please try Able Body Spa and let’s support our local businesses.

Just had the most amazing morning at Able Body Spa! Experienced a deep tissue massage with Katrina that was the best I’ve ever had, followed by a super relaxing and thorough coconut-lime spa pedicure. Will DEFINITELY be back!
