About a year ago I took my honda in for a timing belt change simply and stated I only wanted that no extras. They over charged me for poor service and only had excuses to give. I called on a Friday asked for an appointment for Monday. The man said "Sounds good, bring her in" so I brought it in on that Monday was told it would take a day and I'd have it back.
