I called Able Assist thru a recommendation in Norton Talks. I’m very Leary of hiring anyone as I’ve been burned before for thousands in Kentucky. My main problem is $ up front because that’s how you get burned. He worked with me and had the job started as long as I paid for materials first which I did. He came out the estimate was quick. Would not recommend this person to do any repairs or any work on your home. I gave this guy $3333.00 on November 19th to do a siding job for me and he has not even started the job as of December 10th. It has been almost a month and he keeps sending me text about weather and the last 3 days have been good weather and still a no show. I have no choice but to do the job myself. You just can't trust people these days so I would not recommend him for any job you may need done. Just my opinion but if you want a job done please use... read more
Quick, free estimate and was able to schedule work quickly. Professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. We have an old house and Devin and his crew were able to problem solve a difficult job. Would use again.

I just had my roof replaced by Able Assist Property Solutions. Couldn't be happier !!! My roof originally had no tar paper between the wood and shingles. Every piece of wood was warped like you wouldn't believe. They replaced all the wood with new wood , underlayment and beautiful shingles in a single day for much much cheaper than I was expecting.
