The owner doesn't answer his phone at all. If you leave a message or multiple messages, he will not call you back.. After several calls he will eventually tell you to text him. You then text him the request for an appraisal and he might ask a couple of questions, but he will stop replying and ignore you if he decides for whatever reason he doesn't want the business..
