Justin was a true pleasure to work with. He does amazing work and is very talented at what he does. He completely rebuilt our old, falling apart chimney and made into something I’m so proud to have on the roof of my house. Justin from Ablaze Technologies did such a great job cleaning our fireplace. It is a see through fieplace and the glass on each side was cloudy. Justin came out and cleaned the glass and all the insides of the fireplace. It looks brand new! We can actually see through it agan! We also thought a fan had gone out, but Justin was able to identify a much cheaper,easy fix-as the fan was still functional. ABSOLUTELY no reservations about recommending Ablaze Technologies and Justin for your chimney needs. Responsive, knowledgeable (and shares that knowledge with you), reasonable, and neat.
To say that Justin goes above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe his work ethic and transparency. We had him in to service a wood stove we hadn't used since purchasing our home. Justin came in and through some inspection and research found out it was installed improperly without safe clearances and using it would put us in danger. I cannot say enough about the great job Justin did!! He is extremely knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond. He is reliable, trustworthy and his work ethic is incredible. Thank you to Justin at Ablaze!!! When another well known company couldn’t fix our gas fireplace Justin took care of it in about 40 minutes!!! Fixed it, cleaned it and explained very helpful tips to us to maintain it.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Justin. He was informative and showed me a few problems with my wood burner that needed to be addressed. He also pointed out a potential fire risk that our home inspector had failed to identify when we purchased the house.
