Poor customer service ! The female receptionist always give a run around answer THEY NEVER RETURN phone calls why have an answer machine yet no reply ! Numerous calls to get medication approved and it seems to be a bother for ravina to call medications in Why must I call every month ! The Dr prescribed the medication why do I have to beg for it to be called in ... I guess my health really doesn't matter to this Dr and office
