When the name ABJ Fire Protection is involved, you know that you are working with a five-star company. They truly have the market cornered when it comes to quality alarm and sprinkler design and installation. Facilities and residences like Harrison Place Apartments in Ithaca are lucky to have the ABF team working with them. It's been an honor to partner with everyone there and Chris, Matt, Doug, Kristen and Josh and the rest of the team are true pros. I highly recommend them!

I am new to the condo life & set up an appointment to have a new heat pump installed by an HVAC company. Little to my knowledge, I had to have the sprinkler system drained & turned off as I did need a sprinkler head moved. I called ABJ in a panic as I did not want my HVAC contractor to leave. They were onsite in less than 15 minutes & took care of what needed to be taken care in a very professional manner. Horrible company. Verizon screw up and does not put long distance on our monitoring line. They come down (60 mile trip). In and out detect no long distance. Charge us $330.00 for a service call. As much as the annual subscription. We would expect to pay some charge. Not that ridiculous amount. They didn't care! Just wanted payment. Could have flown the tech here for less money.
