I have had my home for 2 years and AC was installed new less than 4 yrs ago. This same company that installed the AC has now come back 4 times in 2 years to fix the same problem and charges me each time. They don’t fix the problem- only jerry rig it to work for a few months and then the same problem happens. They give me some crap excuse that this is “normal” and I have never had this problem with other ACs or repair companies.
