It has been at least 3 years since I saw Dr. Nigatu but I'm not having any problems currently. I remember he was very nice, kind, gentle, and caring. I came to him because an EKG before a minor surgical procedure picked up that I may have had a heart attack in the past, but Dr. Nigatu explained everything well to me and let me know that even if my situation spoofs EKGs in the future, my heart is in good working order.
