My oven broke and almost caught the whole stove on fire. It has been 4 days and all I have heard back was she needed the serial number which I supplied. Then I was told on day 3 that it would not be repaired that day. Well here it is on day 4 and I have heard nothing back. We had to disconnect the circuit breaker for the stove so it would stop burning and sparking. What can I do to get it repaired asap?

Rude property manager. Would not allow me to take pictures at the apartment I was looking at. I've been searching and have been to several complexes, everyone has been kind and professional. But this lady told me she lived there, so you had to live by her rules. Her son seemed to aimlessly walk around. Could be a good place, but not worth being treated poorly.
