If you are going for the meats then this is a good place to visit. I ordered ribs, sausage, and pulled pork, all of which were tender, but the bbq sauce itself is not the best. My party tried the mac and cheese, which is good, the corn bread unfortunately has no taste, the cold slaw is not that good, the beans were just ok, and unfortunately the salad dressing on my mom's salad was extremely watered down. I love this place. I literally travel from New Jersey, to enjoy the BBQ stylings of the chef. Each time I've been here, I've been treated better than family. The food is beyond reproach, and I feel fortunate to have what chef has to offer. Stop in, enjoy the pop and the smoke and the family. It's great spot. Can't say enough about the food, the culture and the people.
This place is amazing!! Highly recommend. Very nice people and great food.
I don't like walking into a restaurant and seeing half the chairs on the table. They were not closing for another 3 hours leave the chairs down. Also food was eh.
Come hungry! This is a gem of a BBQ find on a road trip. We loved the pork steak,chicken,homemade chocolate cake,homemade cornbread,mac n cheese and the hospitality. Stop in and get some good bbq!
