Dr. Zainal is very friendly; she takes time to talk about my concerns and my treatment plan explaining how and why it's necessary. The staff are very friendly, patient and professional.
I have been trying for 3 years to see Dr. Zainal in Columbus, MS. I called again today for her to reconsider my situation for treatment, her staff told me she rejected my referrals from doctors in Tupelo and Tuscaloosa, AL and her staff told me I'm not sick enough to see her.
