They incorrectly code the procedures and medical equipment etc then your insurance company obviously won’t pay . You then get a bill and it’s been an ongoing battle to figure out who is incompetent and how to have someone fix it and submit the correctly coded bill. Thanks a lot a 1000 mistake 😡🤬🤬🤬 because of incorrect medical coding !!! The nurses , doctors, & surgeons are amazing , great facility & staff.

Wonderful group of people very patient with me and put my mind at ease because I’m a nervous wreck. Very caring group takes the time to sit with you to explain things clearly and answer all your concerns without feeling like your a bother. So thank you so much!!
Great staff and unbelievable without doubt the best bedside manner.
The surgical center was very interested in my well being during my surgery. Took every moment of their time to monitor my process had a nurse with me after my surgery until I was released. Never left my side . Felt comfortable and safe.

Dr. Guy Lee did spinal surgery for me. I had an infection on my lower back. It is called SERRATIA M, a gram negative that was literally eating the nerves. I later found out through investigating it that it was used as a biological weapon during WW2. There was two other people that had it also. A female became crippled and the guy died. Anyway, I am the only person that survived with considerably low after effects. The nurses are great, being compassionate and did what they could for all of the patients.
